Why is TCS being charged?

As per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of Income Tax Act, TCS @ 5% (10% if PAN card not furnished) has been added to the total amount payable for booking overseas package.
Lead Passenger will be able to claim the credit of such TCS amount against Income Tax payable at the time of filing Tax return. The TCS collected will be reflected in the 26AS of the passenger in whose name invoice is raised (Lead passenger) for claiming Income Tax credit, irrespective of the person from whom payment is received. Hence the name of the person on the invoice (Lead Passenger) will be reconfirmed at the time of booking the tour package.
Please provide accurate address of the Lead Passenger during Booking as the address will be used by us for determining the “location of the Client” for the purposes of levy of GST.
Please note, TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation of service and refund of amount. The non-refunded TCS will be reflected in the 26AS of the passenger in whose name invoice is raised for claiming Income Tax credit.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Friday: Costa Del Sol -> Algeciras -> Ferry to Tangier

Pick-up clients at different points between Malaga and other cities of Costa Del Sol, on the way to Algeciras Port for ferry to Morocco. After 2 hours ferry, arrival at Tangier port, meet & assistance then transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 - Saturday: Tangier -> Chefchaouen –> Casablanca (430km)

Short visit of Tangier then departure to Chaouen (Chefchaouen in Berber) for a visit. Lunch is optional. Chefchaouen is one of the most beautiful cities in Rif mountainous massif, known by its Medina of shady alleys, whitewashed houses with blue turquoise doors wrought iron windows and tile covered roofs. Continuation to Casablanca. Dinner & overnight in hotel.

Day 3 - Sunday: Casablanca -> Meknes-> Fez (320km)

Short visit of the Economic Capital: the Habous district, the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V square, the residential area of Anfa and the outside of the Mosque Hassan II. Departure to Meknes, the Ismailia capital with the longest ramparts in Morocco (40 km) . Optional lunch. Visit the famous Bab Mansour gate, the Royal Stables and the Jewish quarter. Departure to the holy city of Moulay Driss (panoramic view) and visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis. Continuation to Fez. Dinner & overnight in hotel.

The whole day is devoted to the visit of the spiritual capital: the Medieval Medina and its souks, The Royal Palace, Attarine or Bou Anania Medersa, Nejjarine fountain and the outside of Moulay Idriss mausoleum and Karaouine Mosque. Optional lunch in a traditional restaurant in the Medina. Afternoon continuation of the visit. Dinner & overnight in hotel.

Day 5 - Tuesday: Fez –> Rabat -> Marrakech (495 km)

Departure to Rabat, the Administrative Capital, and visit of the Royal Palace (Mechouar), Mohamed V Mausoleum and Hassan Tower Mosque. Optional seafood lunch. Continuation to Marrakesh via high-way. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Full day visit of Marrakech, the second oldest Imperial city «The Ochre city". The historical visit includes Menara Garden, Bahia Palace, Koutoubia and Dar Si Said Museum. Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon, visit of the souks, handicraft quarters and the famous Jemaa El-Fna Square with its non-stop entertainment. Optional dinner with show. Overnight in hotel.

Day 7 - Thursday: Marrakech -> Ouarzazate -> Zagora (380 km)

Departure to Ait Benhaddou through Tizi N’tichka pass (2260m of altitude). Visit of its famous Kasbah, a UNESCO world heritage, that served as decor for many great movies such as Laurence of Arabia, Troy, Gladiator, Games of thrones… Optional lunch. Continuation to Zagora crossing the Draa valley. Dinner & overnight in hotel.

Day 8 - Friday: Zagora -> Nkob -> Tazzarine -> Erfoud (300km)

Departure to Erfoud with a stop at Tamgroute village known for its pottery Center. The route also includes the villages of Tansikht, Nkob, Tazzarine and Alnif with splendid pre-saharian sceneries. Optional lunch at Alnif. Afternoon, continuation to Erfoud via the village of Rissani, birthplace of the Alaouites Dynasty. Dinner & overnight in hotel. Optional: 4x4 Excursion to Merzouga dunes.

Day 9 - Saturday: Erfoud -> Tinghir -> Ouarzazate (350 km)

In case the previous night was spent in the hotel in Erfoud, you can opt for optional 4x4 excursion to Merzouga to admire the sunrise from top of the sandy dunes. Departure to Tinghir, visit of its magnificent Todra Canyons where rocks reach an altitude of 250m. Optional lunch in local restaurant near the canyons. Afternoon, continuation to Ouarzazate via the road of the 1000 Kasbahs crossing Kalaat M’Gouna & Skoura valley. Short tour of Ouarzazate city upon arrival. Dinner & overnight in hotel.
